Nightly rates
Please note for 7 plus nights we give a 5% discount on the price.
Refundable security deposit
For new visitors to our Studio a £150 refundable security deposit is required to cover any damage or breakages to the property as per our Terms & Conditions. This will need to be paid on booking.
For repeat visitors we do not charge a deposit.
Pricing notes
Linen, towels, heating are all included. Please feel free to bring your own beach towels but we can provide them if needed.
Balance of payment due
We ask for the balance to be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. We will send you an invoice in advance of this period.
