The Studio Luxury holiday property in the Broads National Park

Our two person accommodation is an ideal base from which to explore the lovely area of North Norfolk. Visitors have access to the best of the Norfolk landscape as it is located within the Broads National Park with its winding waterways and is also very close to the beautiful North Norfolk Coast with its sandy beaches. Cycling and walking around the area is made easier by the quiet roads and the proximity to both the long distance (Weavers Way) and local footpath networks. On the nearby Dilham canal there are opportunities for canoeing and  locally there are places where day boats can be hired locally for trips out on the Broads.

The Studio overlooks fen meadow which is a haven for wildlife with barn owls and marsh harriers floating over the grassland and buzzards circling above. Deer regularly trot through the garden and a wide range of butterflies and moths can be seen in the summer months. For garden lovers we have the nationally renowned Old Vicarage Gardens on our doorstep.

The property offers a high standard of accommodation with underfloor heating, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Luxuriate under down quilts and Egyptian cotton sheets in the super king sized bed or twin beds if preferred.

An EV charger is available for guest use - cost dependant on length of charge.
